New logo, new colors and new prices

First of all, happy new year. We look forward to 2017 with good news, many tasks and hopefully to meet many of you in various markets and also very much like at our Vesterbro workshop. Here you can visit our showroom and always see the latest news from Wednesday to Friday from 11-17 and Saturday from 10-16 on Vesterbrogade 24B, kld.

We start the year with a new logo and will from next week stamp all our products with it. The graphic designer behind is Chistine Meike and she has supported the play in the word and turned "pat" on the head, making it simple and clear - also in terms of spelling :-) In its time we chose the name based on our own names CLaire and Ibone and with KLAP because it rhymes with CLIB :-)

We have new colors on the way with three greens for the mugs and new teapot colors — some may have seen them at December's many Christmas markets and after our participation at Formland in early February, they will be presented on the webshop.

It has always been important to us that our things are made in Denmark, both for the quality and for maintaining the proud tradition we have with craftsmanship and design here at home. As co-owners of Den Danske Keramikfabrik, we now have the opportunity to get some of the production to Bornholm, where the factory is located. We look forward to using the factory for techniques other than those we do not master in our own workshops and to have time to develop new products, instead of spending all our time on production.

Which brings us to the next point, that it costs to produce at home and we must therefore raise our prices slightly per. February 1st. Here the new prices and it is of course possible to buy at the previous prices until February 1 on the webshop and everywhere else.
